Acentra Health is seeking a Program Director to lead a comprehensive Care Coordination program across California. You will oversee design, operations, workforce performance, quality outcomes, compliance, and service delivery with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Healthcare leadership experience in operations and management.
• Knowledge of Medi‑Cal healthcare delivery model and environment.
• Medical or Clinical professional experience, ideally within nursing or social work or other healthcare service delivery.
• This position is remote, but candidate must reside in California.
• Travel up to 20-25%, dependent on California location.

Responsibilities

• Direct program through objectives and goals for contract compliance; monitor metrics and daily operations.
• Collaborate with medical director, management teams, and corporate support to improve processes and training.
• Engage community partners and stakeholders in delivering member outreach.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff, ensure accreditation standards compliance.
• Oversee contract scope, RFP cycles, and related new business opportunities.
• Oversee budget review and analysis for program financial success.
• Assess systems and processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Help design organizational structure for efficient processes and California outreach.
