Job summary

Cooperative for Human Services Inc. (CHS) is seeking a Program Director to lead an assigned residential program, supervise the Assistant Program Director and Direct Support staff, and ensure high-quality person-centered services in line with policies and regulations.

The role covers clinical coordination, medication administration oversight, budgeting, and strong communication with families and regulatory bodies to maintain the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a human services field plus at least one year of social service experience.
• MAP Certification is required for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of an assigned program.
• Supervise the Assistant Program Director and Direct Support staff.
• Ensure services comply with CHS policies and state regulations.
• Coordinate staffing, budgeting, and regulatory reporting activities.
• Serve as liaison with families, guardians, providers, and regulatory agencies.
