Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a Program Cost Controls EBA to support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in EVM inputs, reporting, and analysis, as well as Budget Change Requests (BCRs) to drive predictable cost performance.

This hybrid role located at US-MA-WOBURN focuses on EVMS processes, EAC/LRE development, and variance analysis using SAP, APEX, IMS, and PMX reporting tools to deliver on program commitments.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX and/or similar business system.
• MS Office experience, ability to navigate in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) on a monthly basis.
• Perform detailed Earned Value and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
