Cooper House is seeking a part-time Training Support Specialist to help train early learning professionals in multiple states. The role combines on-site coordination in Seattle with remote planning and occasional travel within Oregon and Washington.

You will manage training materials, registrations, and evaluations, while supporting trainers and participants. A 2-year college background or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong communication and organizational abilities.

Competenze

• 2 years of college education or equivalent experience.
• Passion for infant and early childhood mental health.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate travel for FAN trainers and support in-person trainings.
• Serve as on-site coordinator for training days and Zoom host for virtual trainings.
• Produce and manage training materials and registration processes.
• Issue certificates and track training evaluations; support follow-up tasks.
• Attend and contribute to quarterly team meetings and budget tracking.
