Job summary

CU System Administration's Prospect Development team seeks a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the accuracy of our proposal, pipeline and metric data. You will maintain data in Salesforce Ascend and help fundraisers plan and prioritize their work.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Prospect Development and Data Management, and operates in a highly hybrid environment with in-office weeks. Relevant administrative and data experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 year of administrative experience with data/calendar management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry required.
• Experience with database applications and fundraising software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain proposal, contact report, and donor data with accuracy.
• Monitor data integrity checks and implement new checks as needed.
• Manage large data cleanup projects with leadership and tech teams.
• Support proposal approvals and queue management for campus users.
• Provide training and SOPs for queue management and bulk uploads.
• Offer administrative support to Prospect Development leadership.
