Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst - Philanthropy to support fundraising through database management, reporting, analytics, and prospect management. You will develop queries, reports, and dashboards, analyze data, and help enhance CRM systems and data quality.

Working with development officers, you will establish cadences for portfolio reviews and moves management while ensuring CRM plans and activities remain current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Journalism or Public Administration or equivalent education/experience.
• 3 years of prospect management, fundraising, or philanthropy operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists to support fundraising.
• Analyze fundraising and constituent data to inform strategy.
• Support data quality and CRM improvements and translate business needs into database solutions.
• Collaborate with development officers to establish regular cadences for portfolio reviews, moves management, and strategy review.
• Assist with developing and maintaining a robust prospect pipeline and allocate prospects to appropriate teams.
