Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Program Managers on Prime Programs in a hybrid role based in Columbia, MD. You will engage with senior management, assist with schedules, budgets, timekeeping, and meeting notes, and travel to customer sites as needed.

The role emphasizes communication, organization, and proactive support, with a mix of office and on-site collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting projects/programs with budgets and schedules.
• Bachelor's in a related field; Master’s in related field preferred.
• Capable of facilitating meetings and recording minutes/actions.
• Proficient with MS Office and quick to learn PM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs on government contracts and Prime Programs.
• Interact with engineers and senior management.
• Update and maintain project schedules.
• Attend meetings and take minutes.
• Interface with government customers.
• Assist with project budgets and timekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
