Job summary

ATI | Advanced Technology International is seeking a details-driven project/ program coordinator in Summerville, SC, to support multiple programs under the guidance of a Project or Program Manager. The role emphasizes contract review, data integrity, and effective client interface within cost and schedule guidelines.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with related experience or an equivalent combination, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and project tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and two or more years related experience, or two years of observed, proven, directly relevant experience at ATI.
• Associates Degree with four years of experience, or High School with eight years of experience.
• Independent self-directed worker, team player, and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Review program and project contracts to ensure all requirements are met.
• Develop sufficient program knowledge to interface with team members and clients.
• Assist in maintaining cost/schedule baselines and statements of work (SOW).
• Ensure revision control, review invoices for accuracy, and track progress.
• Prepare technical/financial reports and program updates for reviews.
