Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition, based in Little Chute, WI, is seeking a Production Scheduler to convert demand into an actionable production plan across our coffee manufacturing operation, balancing capacity, materials, and changeovers while upholding food safety and quality standards.

The role collaborates with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Sales to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure on-time, in-full delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain-related field.
• 3+ years in production scheduling or planning, preferably in food/bev.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a rolling production schedule across facilities and co-manufacturers.
• Translate demand into feasible capacity plans.
• Monitor KPIs like OTIF, inventory turns, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with co-manufacturing partners to align production with demand.
• Identify risks and mitigate capacity constraints.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and support continuous improvement.
