Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in production planning, materials planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand.
• Analyze inventory levels, capacity constraints, demand forecasts, and material availability.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to resolve shortages and material issues.
• Monitor planning metrics such as on-time delivery, backlog, inventory levels, and production attainment.
• Partner with Manufacturing leadership to balance production capacity and workload.
• Participate in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) activities.
• Identify planning risks and develop corrective action plans.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and product transitions.
• Maintain planning parameters and master data within ERP systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and inventory performance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and planning analysis for leadership teams.
