Job summary

The Fresh Factory is seeking a Production Planner to own the long- and short-term production plan and translate it into an executable floor schedule. The role requires coordinating with Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Operations to meet customer commitments while optimizing assets and labor.

Responsibilities include reviewing demand signals, allocating capacity, sequencing jobs in the ERP, and monitoring OTIF performance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of production planning, line scheduling, or MRP experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the production plan across a weeks-to-months horizon — deciding what to make, how much, and on which lines to meet customer commitments.
