Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Production Operations Coordinator to support Creative Services production operations through staffing, scheduling, and workflow execution across multiple projects. This role partners with Creative Services leadership to maintain staffing visibility, production readiness, and resource utilization, including contractor coordination and reporting.

Based in a hybrid environment, the ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX or other listed show-sites, and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of live event production or project coordination experience.
• Experience with Workfront, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Experience coordinating freelance/contract teams.
• Familiarity with SRF, LASSO, Mertz and related workforce planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing analysis, resource reporting, and administrative coordination for production operations.
• Maintain resource tracking tools, dashboards, and scheduling documentation to support workforce planning.
• Coordinate and maintain operational systems and resource management platforms.
• Manage Creative Services resource assignments across projects to optimize utilization.
• Assist with budget tracking, vendor engagement, and workflow documentation.
