Job summary

The Freeman Company seeks an Operations Project Manager to drive day-to-day delivery in a high-velocity transformation program. You will manage end-to-end execution, balance speed and quality, and coordinate cross-functional teams across show-sites and offices.

Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in-office or on-site; ideal candidate resides in Dallas, TX or nearby and has 5-8 years of PM experience in transformation programs, with strong governance and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience in operational, transformation, or high-stakes environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale operational or technology-enabled programs; familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects or workstreams within a large-scale transformation program.
• Owns and maintains a comprehensive master project plan with milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks and timelines.
• Operates within governance and priorities, escalating issues when impacts exceed thresholds.
