Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Show Site Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, labor, logistical, and operational support for exhibitions, conventions, and events in Dallas, TX. This role coordinates labor calls, timekeeping, payroll, procurement, and vendor management to ensure smooth show execution.

You will support the Event & Exhibit Services team, maintain schedules and planning documents, and generate operational reports to help staffing and budgeting across multiple events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of experience in operations, event management, workforce coordination, logistics, administration, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily labor calls for show site and warehouse operations.
• Process labor hours and payroll-related data for union, temporary, and supplemental personnel.
• Create, distribute, track, and maintain crew sheets and labor documentation.
• Support event execution before, during, and after events and maintain schedules.
• Create purchase orders and manage procurement requests; coordinate with vendors.
