Job summary

The Freeman Company in Dallas, TX is seeking an in-person Show Site Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, labor, logistical, and operational support for exhibitions, conventions, and events.

You will coordinate labor, track timekeeping and payroll, manage procurement and vendor relations, and support operations staff to ensure successful event execution. This role involves travel up to 25% and requires strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of experience in operations, event management, workforce coordination, logistics, administration, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily labor calls for show site and warehouse operations.
• Process labor hours for union, temporary, and supplemental labor personnel and verify payroll information.
• Support event execution before, during, and after events and maintain show calendars.
• Create purchase orders and manage procurement requests; coordinate with vendors for labor, rentals, permits, and event support resources.
• Maintain labor records, attendance documentation, safety documentation, inspection reports, and generate operational reports.
