Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equal years of experience in a related field.
• Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring system functionality.
• Ability to review and create training materials for end users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support program implementation, operational setup and process improvements.
• Conduct UAT to ensure system functionality aligns with requirements.
• Review training and program materials for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and review applications for completeness, eligibility and compliance.
• Serve as SME on program policies, guiding applicants throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with contractors, evaluators and partners for reviews and approvals.
• Monitor applications through all review stages and ensure timely processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Maintain relationships with bureau resources, insurance partners and tech vendors.
