• Availability, work location, travel or onsite capacity, rate expectations, and schedule constraints before deadline.

Responsibilities

• Interview users and stakeholders to understand current processes and business needs.
• Map workflows, information exchanges, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Write functional requirements, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria for proposed changes.
• Review prototypes or configured workflows with users and resolve requirement questions.
• Review project requirements and updates before starting assigned work.
• Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and handoffs with FuntoNetwork and the client team.
• Keep work records current, report progress, and raise risks or blockers promptly.
