Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking a Product Manager to grow the Refrigeration Controls portfolio for Food Service in North America. You will own products through their lifecycle, translate customer and market needs into innovative solutions, and collaborate with engineering, sales, operations and customers.

This hybrid role is based near Atlanta (Kennesaw, GA) with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Engineering, Product Management, Technical Sales, or similar technical role.
• Knowledge of electronics, controls, or embedded systems; ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps from concept to end-of-life.
• Define product requirements based on customer and market needs.
• Manage product profitability and support business case development.
• Gather customer feedback to identify market opportunities and enhancements.
• Define product positioning and value propositions.
• Support pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities.
• Develop sales enablement materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate product data and documentation throughout lifecycle.
• Drive continuous product improvements based on market trends and feedback.
