Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or similar field.
• Experience with supplier management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with Business Unit partners and suppliers to ensure continuous flow of quality services at the lowest total cost.
• Execute P2P process for services to maximize value.
• Lead RFx processes to source suppliers and negotiate contracts up to $5M.
• Develop and manage contracts and agreements including SOWs to meet APS requirements.
• Manage multiple stakeholders to influence projects, budgets and orders.
• Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms for lower-complexity orders.
• Measure supplier performance and drive cost reduction and process improvements.
• Analyze supplier markets and utilize data to support decisions.
• Collaborate with category managers to implement category strategies.
