Job summary

The position interacts with internal customers and suppliers to deliver value, requiring strong negotiation, contract review, and RFx process experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Three years of materials or services procurement experience with exposure to strategic supply chain management.
• In lieu of bachelor's degree, professional certification (CPM, CPSM) plus seven years of related experience.
• Associate's degree in business or related discipline with CPM/CPSM plus five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements supply chain strategies for a specific category or subcategory to achieve targeted results.
• Determines strategy and resources for procurement requirements of major projects including planning and execution.
• Coordinates supply chain processes with internal customers, suppliers and staff to achieve results.
• Manages supplier relationships and performance indicators to anticipate and minimize issues.
• Assists in selection, deployment and management of sourcing strategies, tools and processes.
• Contributes to cross-functional teams to achieve savings targets while balancing business needs.
• Supports productivity and process improvement efforts in supply chain.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related discipline

Professional certification CPM CPSM

Associate's degree in business or related discipline
