Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is hiring a Buyer & Sourced Supply Coordinator to manage procurement, supplier relationships, and end-to-end purchasing to support operations and customer demand in a fast-paced supply chain.

The role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation ability, and experience with ERP/purchasing systems. Hybrid work policy applies with locations in Charlotte, NC or Fletcher, NC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing purchase orders/inventory

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing process including requisitions and purchase orders
• Develop relationships with domestic and international suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and transport requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and expediting shipments to prevent stockouts
• Coordinate inbound logistics and track shipments for on-time delivery
• Support supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
