Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Demand Planner to develop and maintain a 24-month rolling demand forecast at SKU and location levels. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to align forecasts and support the monthly S&OP process with data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has 3+ years in demand planning, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain experience.
• Experience with forecasting methodologies and data analysis to support decisions.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a 24-month rolling demand forecast at SKU and location level.
• Utilize forecasting systems, historical data, models and market insights to create forecasts.
• Analyze forecast performance and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Monitor forecast exceptions, demand shifts, lifecycle changes, promotions, and risks.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Finance/Operations/Supply Chain to align inputs.
• Lead demand review activities and support S&OP processes.
