Job summary

Electrolux Consumer Products, Inc. in Charlotte, NC (HQ) or Fletcher, NC, is seeking a Buyer & Sourced Supply Coordinator to oversee procurement of materials, components, and finished goods.

You will partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost-efficient sourcing. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong analytical skills, and experience negotiating with suppliers; proficiency in Excel and ERP/purchasing systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, or related experience.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing purchase orders, inventory, or sourcing activities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP or purchasing systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing process: requisitions, PO, status updates, supplier communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers for sourcing and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, transportation requirements, and other supplier agreements.
• Monitor inventory levels and open POs; expedite shipments to prevent stock shortages.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and transportation activities; obtain freight quotes and track shipments.
• Review received materials for quality/accuracy; resolve discrepancies with suppliers/internal teams.
• Support supplier performance management through reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Planning, Product Management, Operations, Receiving, and Category Management to support sourcing and supply chain objectives.
