Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Sales Operations contact for the Contract Sales team.
• Manage daily order-related activities and monitor blocks, open orders, and aged deliveries.
• Collaborate with transportation, warehousing, inventory, and customer service to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Analyze order and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare recurring business reports and order book reviews for leadership.
