Job summary

Qualifications

• Coordinate procurement projects from intake through completion, tracking milestones and decisions.
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal departments, staff, and suppliers.
• Manage procurement intake, prioritization, and routing with leadership input.
• Track status, deadlines, dependencies, and risks using SharePoint.
• Help develop and implement a SharePoint tool for intake and status tracking.
• Experience coordinating projects or administrative operations in procurement or related function.
• Demonstrated ability to organize information and create tools that improve visibility and workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

Responsibilities
