Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) seeks an entry‑level Procurement Analyst to support procurement requests, maintain records, and track processing timelines under supervision.

The role is based at One Ashburton Place, Boston, with a hybrid schedule—minimum two in‑office days per week—and opportunities to learn Commonwealth procurement policies, tools, and reporting practices through hands‑on experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of full‑time, or equivalent part‑time, professional experience in work simplification, management analysis, program analysis, methods analysis, economic analysis, fiscal analysis, financial analysis, budget analysis or in program administration/management.
• Bachelor’s degree with substitutions allowed for up to two years of experience; graduate degree may substitute for required experience.

Responsabilités

• Process low-risk, low-complexity procurements with supervision.
• Monitor procurement intake mailbox, review requests for completeness and route inquiries.
• Enter, update, track, and follow up on PCRs for assigned units with accurate documentation.
• Provide professional customer service to staff and vendors; communicate needs effectively.
• Maintain organized procurement files, trackers, and follow-up schedules.
