You will use data analytics to drive transparent, policy‑compliant purchasing, maintain procurement systems and documentation, and collaborate across departments to strengthen sourcing decisions and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years purchasing experience with ability to analyze RFP responses and perform data analysis.
• Knowledge of e-procurement; exposure to supplier diversity, sustainability/NetZero, and EV fleet equipment.

Responsibilities

• Leads procurement planning by assessing departmental needs, defining requirements, and maintaining schedules.
• Manages fair and compliant solicitations with RFP/RFQ materials and vendor evaluation.
• Coordinates contracts and service agreements with Legal, updates systems, and monitors timely execution and payments.
• Analyzes procurement data with stakeholders and recommends improvements for efficiency, transparency, and value.
