Pasona Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement / Logistics Administrative Assistant to support purchasing and logistics operations for electrical materials in Torrance, CA. This temp-to-hire role involves communicating with U.S.

suppliers, processing orders, tracking shipments, and preparing documents for Japan. The ideal candidate handles high-volume admin tasks with reliability and accuracy, with no industry experience required. Japanese language is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office experience required.
• Basic computer skills including email, data entry, and document preparation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a small team.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with U.S. suppliers regarding quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Assist with preparing quotations and purchase orders.
• Track order status, delivery schedules, and shipments.
• Coordinate international shipments to Japan and prepare shipping documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Verify documents, inventory records, and delivery confirmations.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
