AB Dynamics is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Procurement Coordinator to join our on-site team in Torrance, CA. This role supports Operations and Sales, purchasing materials, and maintaining efficient procurement processes. Hours are 8:30 a.m.

to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, fully on-site. Key duties include vendor management, PO processing, and accurate ERP record-keeping, with a focus on cost-effective procurement and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing or logistics.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems (Fishbowl, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with suppliers and internal teammates.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Purchases materials and parts from approved vendors and prepares purchase orders.
• Maintains purchasing files, price lists, and supplier reports in the ERP system.
• Coordinates with production and logistics to arrange shipments and track orders.
• Supports inside sales with quotes and processing customer purchase orders.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety and workplace policies.
