Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years’ experience in procurement in a professional services environment preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills with cost-saving focus.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and process optimization.
• Proficiency with procurement software (Coupa) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with firm policies and monitor sourcing processes.
• Analyze spend data and create supplier evaluations and RFx responses.
• Develop product/service specifications with business areas to meet needs.
• Lead RFx activities and supplier negotiations to optimize terms and pricing.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and track vendor performance.
• Support contract management and risk mitigation efforts.
