Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in a professional services.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proven contract negotiation, detailed analysis, and cost-saving capabilities.
• Strong service mindset for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project management experience with multiple urgent requests.
• Attention to process adherence, due diligence, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Coupa and advanced Excel; quick learning of new tools.
• Ability to mitigate operational risk and implement procurement tech.
• CPSM or similar procurement certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with firm policies and sourcing processes.
• Compile data to analyze spend/usage.
• Research market conditions affecting pricing.
• Develop product/service specifications with procurement management.
• Lead RFx processes and obtain competitive costs.
• Assess supplier capabilities and analyze costs.
• Recommend source selections to Senior Manager.
• Negotiate costs and terms to establish contracts.
• Generate purchase orders and manage PO lifecycle.
• Monitor delivery and supplier performance; manage communications.
• Direct information to Procurement staff for contract administration.
• Support software licensing and hardware maintenance renewals.
• Perform other duties as requested.
