Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and achieving cost savings through strategic sourcing.
• Proven ability to analyze spend data and develop specifications with stakeholders.
• Experience with procurement software (Coupa) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with firm procurement policies and monitor sourcing processes.
• Compile data from diverse sources to analyze spend and usage.
• Research market conditions and identify trends affecting pricing and availability.
• Develop product/service specifications with business partners for supplier alignment.
• Lead RFx processes (RFQ/RFP/RFI) to obtain competitive quotes.
• Assess supplier capabilities and perform complex cost/feature analyses.
• Present sourcing recommendations to Senior Manager of Procurement for source selection.
• Negotiate costs, delivery schedules, and terms to establish supplier contracts.
• Create POs and manage full lifecycle from requisition to delivery.
• Monitor delivery, expediting, and supplier performance communications.
• Support software licensing and hardware maintenance management, including renewals.
