Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5-7 years in related field preferred.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and driving cost savings.
• Strong data analysis, due diligence, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures across procurement functions.
• Analyze spend, supplier performance, and market conditions to optimize costs.
• Develop product/service specifications with business areas for supplier alignment.
• Lead RFx processes and obtain competitive quotes or proposals.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers in collaboration with Procurement leadership.
• Generate purchase orders and manage lifecycle of POs; monitor delivery and performance.
