Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of procurement/professional services experience.
• Strong negotiation, contract analysis, and cost-saving skills.
• Proficiency with Coupa and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with firm policies and monitor sourcing.
• Analyze spend and supplier data to identify savings.
• Develop product/service specifications with procurement management.
• Lead RFx processes and supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate costs and terms with suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Support contract management and risk mitigation.
