Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years’ experience in related field, preferably in professional services.
• Strong negotiation and contract analysis skills.
• Proven ability to lead procurement processes and deliver cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Firm policies and procurement processes.
• Develop product/service specifications with procurement management to explain business needs to suppliers.
• Initiate RFx processes and obtain competitive costs from suppliers.
• Prepare and compare supplier proposals and negotiate terms.
• Generate purchase orders and manage full lifecycle of each PO.
• Monitor delivery status and supplier performance, communicating with stakeholders.
