Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of experience in process management, process analysis, or risk management.
• At least 1 year working with cross functional teams.
• At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization & Design: Map and document current business workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources to highlight trends, evaluate performance metrics, and pinpoint operational gaps.
• Performance Measurement: Develop and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of process changes.
• Stakeholder & Change Management: Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Operations SMEs, and Product Partners to gather requirements and communicate improvement plans.
