Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in Process Management.
• 1+ year in Data Analysis.
• 1+ year using Microsoft Office or G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operational Readiness: set up structure for new initiatives and define operating models.
• Process Mapping: create end-to-end maps, value streams, and flow diagrams.
• Methodology Application: apply Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and Agile to improve bottlenecks.
• Transition & Governance: define control metrics and transition processes to production.
• Data Collection & Trend Analysis: gather data to identify trends and risks.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: perform root-cause analysis for improvements.
• Cross-Functional Partnering: represent operations in change control forums and projects.
• Risk Mitigation: identify risks early and implement controls.
