Job summary

MetaPhase Consulting is seeking a Business Process Reengineering Analyst to evaluate existing processes within ICE ITaCS initiatives and identify inefficiencies. This role requires 3-7+ years of experience in optimizing workflows for IT training solutions and at least 3 years in a U.S.

Government environment. You will lead cross-functional efforts, apply data-driven analysis, and drive change using Agile methodologies while ensuring training and communications are aligned with project goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to fulfill ICE Public Trust suitability requirements.
• 3-7 or more years of relevant experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies to optimize workflows for IT training solutions.
• 3 or more years of experience working in a U.S. Government environment.
• 5 or more years of experience supporting a large Federal law enforcement IT program.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive change within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, utilizing data-driven analysis and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that process improvements are effectively communicated and adopted by a geographically dispersed user base.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and training initiatives, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and ensure alignment on process improvement initiatives.
• Document and communicate process changes, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and trained on new workflows.
• Utilize project management methodologies to oversee the implementation of process improvements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
