Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in business process reengineering, organizational transformation, operating-model design, organizational design, management consulting, process improvement, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience conducting current-state assessments and developing actionable future-state recommendations.
• Experience interviewing stakeholders and facilitating workshops, working sessions, or other structured stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state assessments to understand mission-critical work across boundaries.
• Analyze business processes, roles, interfaces, workflows, governance, and performance drivers.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and working sessions with senior leaders and SMEs.
• Develop questions and methods to gather information on challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and coordination issues across cross-functional processes.
• Map cross-organizational processes and design future-state operating models.
• Translate authorities into organizational responsibilities, interfaces, and measures.
