Responsibilities

• Analyze company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for efficient use of resources.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and process specifications.
• Identify opportunities for improved efficiency, automation, standardization, and scalability.
• Utilize systems resources to support performance improvements.
• Review information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures.
• Recommend alternative solutions to management to meet organizational goals.
• Design and improve computer-based business systems.
• Collaborate with senior managers to solve business system problems.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights for decisions.
• Confer with units to analyze current procedures and problems.
• Define problems, break into parts, and gather information from multiple sources.
