Job summary

MetaPhase is seeking a Business Process Reengineering Analyst to evaluate and optimize IT training workflows for a DHS ICE project. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency improvements, ensuring adoption across a geographically dispersed user base.

You will apply data-driven analysis, collaborate in an Agile environment, and lead workshops to align stakeholders while tracking outcomes and refining approaches as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Experience in Agile project execution and flexible collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.
• Proven ability to lead process-improvement initiatives in complex environments.
• Experience working in a U.S. Government context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement using data-driven analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are adopted across dispersed user bases.
• Monitor the impact of process improvements and adjust as needed based on metrics.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and drive adoption of changes.
• Document process changes and train relevant teams on new workflows.
• Oversee implementation using project management methodologies to meet goals.
