Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for a hybrid role in Tennessee. You’ll support sales and engineering teams, develop project scopes, and help optimize sanitary and mechanical processing systems.

The position emphasizes collaboration across departments and customer-focused solutions. Ideal candidates have a mechanical/chemical engineering background, familiarity with AutoCAD and Office, and a willingness to travel for start-up and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Proven knowledge of sanitary and mechanical process design.
• Demonstrated basic knowledge of sanitary piping practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely in all worksite situations, ensuring others adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure customer solutions.
• Develop full scope for small projects, through budget and customer proposals.
• Support the project planning and development phases, through the execution.
• Provide technical support to sales and engineering teams.
• Partner with project execution teams to ensure smooth solutions for customers.
• Travel as needed for meetings and to support projects, especially during start-up and commissioning.
• Other duties as assigned.
