ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the process engineering discipline for custom food and beverage equipment with automation.

You will own deliverables from concept through commissioning, ensuring safety, sanitation, and manufacturability across engineered-to-order projects. This role collaborates with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, PM, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to drive innovation, standardization, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering roles within food & beverage or related industries.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management position.
• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, fluid mechanics, and sanitary design.
• Experience sizing and specifying food and beverage process equipment.
• Understanding of PLC-based automation and control systems.
• Proficiency with CAD software and project management tools.
• Knowledge of food safety, regulatory, and sanitary standards.
• Excellent Leadership abilities and communication.
• Ability to travel up to 15% (North America with some international).

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the process engineering discipline for custom food & beverage equipment integrated with automation.
• Own process deliverables: PFDs, equipment sizing, sanitation concepts.
• Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, PM, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and design standardization.
