Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze, and detail integrated labeling systems, from concept through fabrication. You will apply your CAD expertise to deliver robust, cost-effective solutions and drive projects to completion.

The role requires leadership in design reviews, BOM creation, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and service teams. You will perform strength and performance analyses while managing multiple projects to meet schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years as a Mechanical Engineer or related mechanical design role.
• 3+ years experience with 3D and 2D CAD software.
• Working knowledge of machining and machine shop processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and detail integrated labeling systems meeting customer requirements.
• Lead design reviews and provide feedback on peer designs.
• Create detailed drawings and documentation for fabrication.
• Develop Bills of Materials and project folders.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform strength, speed, and weight analyses as needed.
• Support service and aftermarket inquiries.
• Manage multiple projects and reprioritize as needed.
