Job summary
New Chapter, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to provide technical support across manufacturing and packaging sites, solving supply, quality, and cost issues while leading improvements.
You will support qualification of new raw materials and deliver products by understanding formulation requirements and ensuring process and packaging meet needs. Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects to ensure robust process and supply chain delivering quality, cost, and volume.
- Serve as technical point of contact for contract manufacturers, review specs, batch records, and troubleshoot issues.
- Lead material qualifications, process/package development, specifications, and transfer of production.
- Apply product development expertise to ensure robust manufacturing of product/process/package.
- Identify technology upgrades that deliver product improvements.
