Jobot is seeking a dynamic Permanent Process Engineer in New Jersey to develop, implement, and optimize industrial processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability. You will drive improvements across design, testing, and operation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 5+ years in process engineering, and proficiency with process simulations and CAD software. Excellent communication and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical)
• Minimum of 5 years in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience with process simulations and process engineering software
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of production machinery and quality control
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software
• Excellent technical and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving without sacrificing accuracy and good project management

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize industrial processes from inception to start-up and certification
• Measure, assess, and interpret data from processes
• Design, test, and upgrade systems and processes
• Create best practices and innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality
• Run simulations and troubleshoot process issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Establish KPIs and perform performance analysis
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions
