Qualifications

• A high level of mechanical aptitude and ability to translate design and process ideas to useable specifications is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal production processes to improve yield and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and test systems to resolve failures.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, documentation, and controls.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Support capital equipment planning, vendor selection, and qualification activities.
