Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks an Account Manager for Private Client Services in Richmond, VA. You will develop and service new and existing accounts, acting as advisor to clients and delivering personalized insurance solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in Personal Lines, a P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and strong customer service, time management, and Excel skills. Sponsorship is not required.

Qualifications

Personal Lines Insurance knowledge with 3+ years in insurance customer service
Experience with admitted and non-admitted markets and private client policy types
P&C License or ability to obtain within 90 days
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in future
High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Develop and service new and existing accounts as an advisor
Retain existing business and follow up on referrals
Provide consultative guidance to clients in private client insurance
Maintain accuracy and timeliness in client documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
