Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Richmond, VA is seeking an Account Manager for Private Client Services. You will develop and service new and existing personal insurance accounts, acting as an advisor to clients and driving retention and growth through thoughtful risk management.

The role requires superb customer service, excellent time management, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. A P&C license or ability to obtain it within 90 days, and eligible work authorization in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines insurance customer service experience.
• Experience with admitted and non-admitted markets and personal lines policy types.
• P&C Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop and service new and existing private client accounts.
