Job summary

iManage seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead the roadmap for the next-gen platform. You will own the vision, collaborate with engineering, sales, and customers, and drive AI-native features that improve security, efficiency, and user experience.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product releases, adapt roadmaps to market shifts, and communicate strategic directions to executives and peers.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a B2B or B2C SaaS offering.
• Understanding of cloud and enterprise content security.
• Proven track record of building applications or add-ons with broad adoption. AI-native applications are highly desirable.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience communicating with and building relationships with key customers and prospects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and messaging.
• Strong analytical skills, including market research and competitive analysis.
• Motivation to drive product objectives from concept through completion.
• A desire to continually learn and adapt to changes in the market and technology landscape.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams in fast-moving, delivery-focused environments to ship customer value.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for the next generation iManage platform.
• Own the vision and strategic roadmap for AI-native document and email management.
• Collaborate with engineering, partners, and customers to deliver features that enhance security and efficiency.
• Translate customer and market insights into compelling product solutions for multiple personas.
• Unify adjacent products into a coherent user experience and extensible core features.
• Lead cross-functional launches and inform product decisions across the organization.
• Position capabilities and benefits to the market and internal stakeholders.
